Formula feeding mummas

I have small boobs so not much changed. They were slightly bigger until I got them to dry up.

yes and no, only ever so slightly i noticed a changed i pumped/breastfed and combo fed for around 6 weeks then switched to formula

i switched fully to formula at 3mos and lmao.....went up two cup sizes

I combo fed my first for 6 weeks and they didn’t change. This time around tho, I’m ebf and they are huge. I used to be a C cup, I wonder what I am now

I want bf mums to see this and feel better, as lots of us are under the impression that it’s breastfeeding that changes how they look or makes them sag. But it’s not, the same way our bellies change during pregnancy it has that affect on our boobies too. Doesn’t help that some “men” feel they can comment negatively on their partners bodies and end up making them feel ten times worse about it!

Mine went back to normal after a few months, but I only breastfed in the hospital. And it’s genetic. My mom’s are still perky, and she’s in her 60s.
