Don't panic. I'm 30 weeks and 4 days and yesterday I had the exact same thing. Very sporadic in cramps. I called the midwife and they said it was Braxton Hicks. It's all normal she just said get some rest, take painkillers and maybe go for a warm bath and it'll go away - and it did. She said if the pain gets stronger, you've had reduced fetal movements or there's discharge or blood then call back immediately. Hope this helps xx
I had this last week at 33 weeks and I had just started drinking the raspberry leaf tea. I presumed it was that so not drank it since. It was like it for a couple of days then went. I've had the Braxton Hicks still but the period cramps have gone 🤞 x
I would say you shouldn't be doing these things until more like 37/38 weeks
@Sophie nhs recommend raspberry leaf tea from 30-32 weeks it’s only dates is recommend from 36 x
I don’t think the NHS actually recommend raspberry leaf tea, their guidance is just not to use it before 32 weeks and to consult doctor/midwife beforehand as it’s not suitable for everyone and can cause strong Braxton Hicks and problems with bowels which can be worrying if you don’t know to expect it x
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DH34QofMukx/?igsh=MTk1YWUwZTV5MmdlYQ== I’ve found this really useful guidance from raspberry leaf tea brand. I don’t know how many cups of it you are drinking but at 32 weeks you shouldn’t have more than 1 cup a day and increase it up to 3 cups a day week by week. However if it is causing contractions/braxton hicks then you should stop drinking it and wait until you get to 37 weeks
@Naomi yeah I only had one cup and now I've stopped until I next see my midwife x

If it’s not painful, but right all over your stomach, maybe you are having braxton hicks?
