What do you think of this?

Why do they tell us to transition from breast/formula on to cows milk at 12 months but then this is saying they should stop having milk at the same age? I'm just wondering when my toddler should stop having milk before bed because she's really not fussed with it anymore

My LB can take it or leave it tbh, some days he has it, others he doesn’t. We always offer it though. Guess it’s up to you when you stop giving it x

If she’s not fussed about it, I would stop. Ours doesn’t have milk before bed but he does drink it at meal times.

There is not recommendation to move from breastfeeding to cows milk at 12m. What you came across of for formula and and cutting down night feeds has to do with sugars in both formula and cows milk that would linger in the mouth and can help causing cavities

We gave soy milk instead of cows, but in any case, he started to refuse it about a month or two ago, so at ~ 1y 10m, before that he was just gradually drinking less and less
