Baby gate

I have one at the bottom and top of my stairs and also one on my daughters bedroom room.

1 at the top of the stairs, 1 at the bottom the stairs and 1 in the kitchen so we don’t have to shut him out with the door. This way he can still be more present but safe when oven is on or when we can’t watch etc.

We just have one at the bottom. That way if she’s upstairs she’s always supervised and can’t accidentally fall if we trust the gate and it somehow isn’t shut or comes undone if she pushes against it or anything. Also if the bottom gets left open she doesn’t get stuck at the top of the stairs with a closed gate, it’s safer to get all the way up than it would be to have to turn around and come back down. If she was in her own room I’d put one over her door or middle of the landing or something

We have one on our LBs bedroom door and then because of the layout of the house, have one between our downstairs toilet and kitchen, that way I can keep our LB shut in the living room while I'm cooking. We've also put a hook on the kitchen doorframe so I can hook the stairgate on to it if we're doing something in the kitchen together, and then he can't get up the stairs... if that makes sense 😅 x
