Yes until they’re walking comfortably

There's prewalkers which help with balance x

Typically it’s said that babies shouldn’t wear shoes until they’re walking comfortably due to foot development. We got some pre-walkers before our daughter was confidently walking however as she reached 21 months and was still struggling to even stand independently. Since having the shoes, her standing and independent walking has come on leaps and bounds and she’s so close to walking independently now. We just used our best judgement based on our child.
