Awful diarrhoea

Ok I’m sorry for the TMI, this is my third pregnancy but second baby, we sadly suffered a loss at the beginning of this year. For the last 5 days I’ve had the worst diarrhoea, and this isn’t something I experienced with my first baby. I thought maybe I had a stomach bug as my son had a dodgy tummy so I didn’t eat for 24 hours to see if that would help which usually works but no matter what I do, if I eat or don’t eat it won’t stop. I’m going to call my GP tomorrow but would have thought if it was a bug it would have been a 24-48 hour thing. Anyone else suffering and is this just an early pregnancy symptom I luckily avoided first time round?
