Are you set for them to go nursery if you're working or when you return to work? If so ask there. My boys key worker babysits for us, added bonus i know she's trusted and trained and my son loves her. She had my son and my daughter (10 months) last week and was a relief leaving my daughter for the first time in much capable hands
