Am I overreacting?

16 weeks pregnant, 3 hours away from home visiting family. Not going to be home for another 48hrs. 2 days ago my cousin showing off his new tesla took us for a little ride. I didn't know it would be soo fast but going about 10mph he showed us how fast it could go. It was fast and very fast very quickly, practically felt like g-force! I screamed stop and we stopped. But now I am sooo worried, pregnant women aren't supposed to even go on rollercoasters! Everyone keeps telling not too worry it'll be fine, it was only for a few seconds. But now I'm starting to get cramps 😩

Baby is snug as bug in there and shaking in utero is normal. You should look up an ultrasound of what a baby looks like when a woman laughs or coughs. They shake like a blender bottle. Call your midwife for ease of mind and try to relax. I feel the cramping may be self induced from stress.

The rollercoasters is for placental abruption, is this happened the symptoms would come on very quickly! You’d be bleeding and in pain in your back and abdomen, cramps however are a very normal part of pregnancy! Of course there are outliers to this but it sounds like it wouldn’t have been bad enough, but keep an eye on it and speak to your midwife x

I got in a car accident when I was around 26 weeks pregnant. My daughter and I were fine. I did go get checked out for that one, but she probably didn't even notice in there lol. You'll be ok

My step dad accidentally done this to me when I was around 30ish weeks apart from feeling like I was gonna go into labour then and there baby was absolutely fine, I did go and get checked just to be safe though

A rollercoaster is completely different than a Tesla accelerating quickly.

Yes, you are overreacting. Baby will be fine. The car never went any near as fast or as rough as a rollercoaster

You’re fine

I took my driving test at 35 weeks pregnant and did an emergency stop. You will be fine😂
