We had this last month! Exactly the same routine before as well. We started pushing her bedtime 10 minutes later each night until we found what works, now she goes to bed at 7.30pm and naps between 12-2 but no longer than 2 hours, she wakes up between half 6 and 7am again x
My LO goes through waves of this when she's teething, Ill or going through developmental changes-unfortunately you just have to ride it out. It could be routine based and maybe need to either shave some time off their nap or push bedtime later and see what works. We are a 6.30 wake up Nap 12-1.30pm Asleep by 7
My little one woke up at 05:30 today! He had a week or so of early rises, then settled down & it’s happening again 😂🤦🏻♀️ His paediatrician says this regression is due to big developmental changes because they’re gaining so much more independence, also a bit of separation anxiety, but it’ll pass 🫶🏻
So I had a sleep consultant call 3 weeks ago due to early waking and was having around 2hr nap. I was told to reduce the nap to 1hr 15 around 1230 and it’s done the trick and he’s now sleeping 7-7 for the first time ever. Was told if the early rises creep back in for at least 7 days to drop the nap by 10–15 mins again
Is she going through a leap? Or is the room she sleeps in dark/blocking out light? You could try putting her to bed 15 minutes later than normal and see if this helps x
