I struggle with this too. I've dealt with depression in the past so it's not been that much of an adjustment for me. Just don't be too hard on yourself and possibly find small ways to make life easier. Depression can make everything seem so much more tiring. And you will quite literally be more tired. Both pregnancy and depression do that on their own. My husband got me a dog to help. She keeps me from just staying in my head. My step kids help with that also but we don't have them full time.
I’m so sorry. I’ve been dealing with the same thing with this pregnancy and I’ve found that being outside helps me. I’m the mornings when I get up I just go sit outside for a little bit. It doesn’t fix it, but it does help me be able to start my day
Yes I’ve been crying almost every other day if not everyday sis. I’m with you sis
Zoloft. This is my second baby and I want to enjoy my pregnancy and newborn this time so I went on Zoloft at 16 weeks. I have history of depression as well which pushed me more to actually get extra help this time around.

Likely the hormones. Sorry, Mama, that you feel that way. Do you have a good support system that you can talk things out? Sometimes, just saying things out loud and getting it out of your mind eases the feelings and pains. If no, write them out. What is that you are thinking of? Fears of birth? Fears of being overwhelmed after baby come? (Me) Perhaps finding education resources could help. The more you know, the less you're surprised/afraid (potentially, just don't go into rabbit holes). Force yourself to do things that used to bring pleasure, watching funny movies, reading ...Hopefully something will help. If everything else fails, remember it is only a phase, and this too shall pass. 🙏
