Congestion
Anyone else’s baby struggling with congestion?
My baby is 5 weeks old. I had a super quick delivery so they said he would be congested for abit. He had broncholitis at 3 weeks and now I think he has a cold because he is so congested and sounds like he has mucus in the back of his throat. Luckily I have an owlet sock so I know his oxygen levels are good but it must be so miserable for him being so congested all the time!! Has anyone else had anything similar? Any signs of it easing?

@Caitlin We did the same. Just coming towards the end of it now after a week very bunged up.
My little boy has a cold at the minute too and I’m doing the same as Caitlin x
My boy is 6 weeks tomorrow and has a cold too! Thankfully we got our 6 week check up tomorrow so the dr will see him but otherwise we’re doing saline spray and snot sucker like everyone else. He’s been noticeably congested for 2 weeks but he’s had a cold the last 3 days now x
Could it be reflux? My baby sounded really congested making weird sounds. Turned out it was actually reflux.
@Kavita that’s interesting! That could be a potential then. I have my 6-8 week check up soon so I’m going to get them to check x

My baby did have a cold. Used saline spray and snot sucker. Cleared after a week and she’s feeding much better now.
