Tired & sore mama!

I’m so sore. Like whole body, bones/joints aching, struggling to pick up my 10wk old let alone my other children sore. I’m 31 and manage 3 young kids by myself (oldest is 3 this month). I know my body has been through a lot. I know stress doesn’t help, however it’s unavoidable at this moment. It makes me want to cry from the pain I’m having and I’m struggling to sleep but my doctor just suggests exercise which I’ve tried to incorporate. I’ve had hot baths, done yoga and I weigh less currently than I did pre my first pregnancy. I also walk daily and as I said manage every need of my 3 kids. Is there anything anyone can suggest to being less sore?

Please get your blood checked, vitamin levels like B12 and D and also thyroid. I was aching when I got diagnosed underactive thyroid and it's especially common PP x

GET YOUR VITAMINS CHECKED!! I had these EXACT same issues (the full body, bone and joint pain) and my vitaminD level was CRITICALLY LOW! Get tested ASAP as soon as I started taking the prescription vitamins D (OTC wouldn’t have been strong enough to get me up quickly enough) all the pain went away in about 2-4 weeks. Each time I’d take the vitamin at first, that day gave me a bit of relief and each week it got better and better. That wasn’t the only thing wonky in my vitamins but the severe deficiency in vitamin D (despite going outside every day) was what was causing all of the pain. Also had thyroid problems, hypothyroid, had to get meds for that as well as hormonal imbalances. It’s sad checking these things isn’t just standard care because they should be with how important they are for functionality.

I get monthly remedial deep tissue massages. Not the Thai relaxing one. The one where they dig in and actually work my knots out. I’m sore for the next 2-3 days. But massages releases knots gets blood flow running gets rid of toxins and just in general helps w pain. Along a daily morning yoga, stretching, for 30mins.
