Imo mom doc is very dependent on location. I work at Banner Ironwood as an L&D nurse and work with Mom Doc providers there. I love them, they’re very respectful and kind to patients. Especially the midwife’s, they take their time with birth and really get to know their patients

I felt like a number, but didn't go to the same office all the time. The one in Mesa (Mi Doctora) is horrible. The billing department is a disaster for the whole company... but my delivery was "textbook". You basically just make a bunch of appointments and then they test you and ask if you have questions. If not, have a nice day!

I like MomDoc, only after I told them I only wanted to see 1 specific Dr because I do not like seeing different drs every time come in.

I also would not recommend MomDoc. My postpartum exam and pap smear yielded positive HPV results but the doctor who conducted my results-appointment failed to notify me. All she told me about was something involving my cholesterol which confused me, so I called momdoc back and scheduled a follow up appointment for clarification and the new doctor that conducted that appointment revealed I had HPV. (Which can lead to cervical cancer) If I hadn’t followed up with a different doctor I would’ve never known. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else.

I absolutely hated momdoc, they are all just glued to their iPads. And I literally had a doctor call me stupid for asking a question. I have been to multiple locations. They even hounded me for over a year asking for payment for a virtual visit where I had proof that the service they were trying to charge for was not performed. I highly recommend Lilac , I didn’t meet a doctor there that I didn’t like. They are amazing.
