Incredibly lethargic
Has anyone experienced terrible tiredness where you could just sleep anywhere. I think I might be anaemic but not sure - thanks.

I used to have this years ago turned out i had very low b12 and have injections every 3months now and will do forever more my tiredness isnt as bad but it definitely creeps up more so when im due another one i also get really bad pins and needles with it x
I have started feeling like this recently. Previously when like this I had low folate and b12 which I got meds for and worked wondered so going to request blood tests again to see
