Mild Cramping and Spotting

Not sure the purpose of this post but looking for support i guess! I have three children already this would be my 4th pregnancy! (LMP 4/03/25). My last delivery was 25/08/24 so fallen pregnant pretty quickly after delivery. I was experiencing pink blood when wiping last week Monday and then went onto brown blood had no pain at the time but EpU wanted to do bloods as when they scanned me nothing was showing on the scan ! So bloods have all come back posituve HcG is rising significantly and i have a scan today at 11;30 to see if they can see anything on the ultrasound! Im not positive as i had some bleeding yesterday and i dont think its looking great i just have a feeling… I suffer tremendously with anxiety and i have never miscarried or had an ectopic pregnancy before so I am just very nervous about this as i fewr my body is rejecting the pregnancy as its just not ready! Looking for advice or support if anyones been through anything similar

Waiting for that second scan feels like forever. My first pregnancy was a missed miscarriage. I had done multiple pregnancy tests, and they only had faint lines, which made me think my hCG levels were too low and weren't rising, so the fact yours have raised quickly is a positive sign. My second pregnancy, I had some light bleeding on and off. Went to EPU, scan showed I was 7 weeks, heartbeat was there, and I now have a 5 month old baby girl. If your LMP was 04/03 then that would make you about 7 weeks? Your first scan may have just been a little too early to tell. Hopefully it's good news for you today ☺️

Hi Becca thanks for your kind words… yes my hcg is definately rising but unsure of where the blood is coming from which is what is making me think is this ectopic? Did you have light bleeding all the way through the pregnancy or? Thanks Again

Sorry I missed your reply a couple of days ago. I had some light bleeding around 7/8 weeks and then some spotting at 13 and 19 weeks.
