Struggling to sleep on side

Anyone else having problems sleeping on their side? I keep getting a numb/tingling leg on my outer thigh and have to change position every hour which is exhausting me cause once I move I then get Braxton hicks lol. I had a Google and apparently it’s something named this. It’s on both sides and it’s ok in the day when I’m walking about it’s just when I’m laying down 😩

OMG this is EXACTLY what I have!! I am absolutely fine all day, no issues at all but then when I’m in bed every hour I have to turn and even that’s a struggle now at 30 weeks - if you find any relief please do let me know 😴

Yeah, I’m really struggling with sleep 😭 it’s my hips, it’s agony every night - I end up trying to have shorter naps in the day when I work from home but not so easy when in the office!

I get this intermittently, along with restless legs of a night. I see a naturopath who's prescribed me liquid magnesium and it has been really helpful! I put it on the bottom of my feet and side of thigh before bed. You can also buy it in sprays with lavender in from Holland and Barret. Hope this helps!

Omg me too right hip and its my favourite side. Now of it turn over on left side my nose blocks and my hip does still hurt a but but not as much. I thought it was just me.

Yessss it’s the absolute worst!

Yea, tummy ache is what I have if I sleep for some hours on my left side. I cannot sleep on right side at all because I learnt it's better to sleep on left side in 3rd trimester. I have been sleeping on my left side since 27 weeks and now 32 weeks. I end up arranging many pillows to rest my back through the night because I mostly sit up....☹️

I have this, I’m in so much pain every night on both sides. Constantly turning over, but then that hip starts to hurt so I have to flip again! Leaving me very tired with such broken sleep
