I’m going through the exact same thing and although I have thick hair, it was quite a shock when i noticed how much was just falling out when running my hands through my hair! I want to say mine is slightly improving. I have lost most of my sideburns now though 😅 I agree with the above as my iron levels were borderline when pregnant, which led to postpartum anemia. Currently prescribed iron supplements. I didn’t realise just how common hair loss was until I spoke to people about it!
Same here, also sweaty and my skin is awful I feel like I'm going through puberty again! Between what's falling out and my baby yanking it out I will also be bald by next week
Going through the same too! Taking hair vitamins and have heard about collagen but haven’t tried it myself. I switched shampoo’s which helped a little, making it less greasy. Im just hoping it’s a temporary phase☹️
Same here. Some things I’m trying which seem to be helping… when I wash my hair, I shampoo twice so that it’s extra clean meaning it doesn’t get greasy quick so less need to wash so Often. I’m using rosemary & mint oil (get it in Superdrug) on my scalp once or twice a week all day. And I’m using champo pitta growth serum- jury’s out on that one though as not been long enough to notice a difference yet!
I know it may not seem like it right now but, as a second time mama, I promise you it does get better!! I lost SO much hair with my first - genuinely large balding patches and thin scalp etc and it brought me to tears. By the time my baby was 1 it was pretty much back to normal again!! I’m in the trenches again now with my 4 month old and pp hair loss but constantly reminding myself it will come back 🙏🏻🫶🏻
I’m not sure what vitamins are in the hair vitamin but if there’s no iron that could be the culprit. Low iron can cause hair loss…maybe look at that and see if the hair loss improves.
