If currently pregnant tell Midwife also and can often be referred to Midwives Mental Health Team. Research other mental health services in your area i.e Mind Matters, Talking Therapies etc. Living with anxiety is awful - please reach out for help.
You may be able to make a self referral to get help with anxiety. In Devon we have ‘TalkWorks’ I’m sure there would be something similar wherever you’re located? I would say give your Doctor a call as they can point you in the right direction as well. Don’t suffer with it especially as you say it’s starting to affect your relationship with your children. 💗
