Pain towards left lower abdomen
I am 4w4d with baby#1. I am having a mild but noticeable pain in lower abdomen towards left side. I know I ovulated from left ovary as I did a follicular scan this cycle. Has anyone had this? Is this common?

Try not to worry it’s probably the baby growing but speak to your midwife and tell her what’s happened
I have midwife appointment on may 23. I was said I can’t speak to then before that. What to do I in case of anything??
You can ring your local early pregnancy unit. Ours have been great xx
I just did. They said no phone calls before 1st appointment. And my GP is asking me to contact early pregnancy unit.
