Advice please!

I have had bad PGP for weeks now and now I’m struggling to walk/drive any distance at all. I noticed when I stood up this morning the pressure feels further down than it was before, it’s like there’s a heavy ball lying right on my cervix and I have to keep my legs open to a degree or it’s seriously uncomfortable. Period like cramps on and off too. No other symptoms. I’m only 33 weeks, I did have a urine infection last week but I’m on the last day of antibiotics today and to go to the hospital tomorrow to make sure it’s gone! Any advice is appreciated x

Sounds like baby could have dropped, which explains the pressure. If you’re struggling with PGP, tell your midwife and she may be able to offer physio on the NHS to specifically help with this. Have you tried using a belly band to alleviate some of the weight/ pressure from your bump? You could also try some stretching or PGP specific exercises on the ball by looking up on TikTok/ YouTube? Hope you feel better soon!

@Imogen definitely feels like it! I’m currently waiting to hear back from the physio and have tried different things to try and reduce it but nothing seems to help, one thing I haven’t tried is a belly band but think ill order one today! Thank you xx

I hope it makes a difference for you 🙏🏼 I think the only other thing you can do for pain is paracetamol and rest really 😕 x
