Right rib pain

Looking for some advice…. Since Monday I’ve had lower rib pain on my right hand side. It’s not a sharp pain or anything but pretty consistent. I’ve taken some paracetamol but hasn’t budged it. I know this can be a sign of pre eclampsia but I don’t really have any other symptoms. I didn’t have some floaters in my eyes very briefly Sunday evening but I was in a hot shower and haven’t had it since. I also know from a 4D baby is head down with her bum to my right so could just be baby putting pressure on? Is this likely to just be the baby or something more?

I think it's probably the baby. I've had this too and no other symptoms of preeclampsia. I'm 30 weeks and baby is getting bigger.

Ive had this too! It was an on and off pain for 2 days straight!…I had a warm bath and it hasnt came back since🤷🏼‍♀️- im 30+1 weeks

I had this for most of my last pregnancy third trimester because baby was kicking my ribs! I’m currently being monitored for pre eclampsia due to high blood pressure and have started getting rib pain again but they’ve not been worried about it and have said again it’s baby as he is head down. But there’s no harm in giving triage a call just to be safe!

I had this too, baby seems to be favouring this side and is pressing against something
