My doctor recommended tonic water and it does seem to have helped. 🤞
I only get very slight cramping and I move my ankles in a circular motion until it goes away. Seems as though yours is worse than mine but maybe try that if you haven’t to help prevent it🩷
For me I have it and to take magnesium and drink lot of water help me a lot
Take 200-400 mg of magnesium bisglycinate before bed. Easier on the tummy. Will help with the constipation and the leg cramps. Also try a massage gun on the legs...walking regularly and stretching will also help.
This happens to me a lot, especially when I’m sleeping. Pretty much what everybody else said, lots of water, magnesium, and stretching often can help.
Oh it’s been a minute but I wanna say my doctor had me take a magnesium and potassium supplement and that’s what eventually helped after a couple weeks taking it
