@Calice good luck! It all started this morning when I was having random period cramps and back ache so fingers crossed for you!! I think you’re right about 3 in 10, just confusing as some websites say every 5 mins lol I think I’ll just wait til I can’t cope anymore x
@Abi thanks lovely, you too! Yeah I’m deffo feeling period type pain in my back with the odd twinge in my belly. You could always call triage just to get them to confirm it for you, I feel like you can never get a straight answer online haha x
yeah the rule i’ve been seeing online is lasting 1 minute every 5 minutes i think, i think ive heard it as the 5-1-1 rule but idk, im not sure, are they intensifying ? are they painful? you could always call triage and explain and ask them what they’d like you to do! Xxx
They’re slowing getting more intense and slightly closer together! I called the birth centre and they said every 3 mins lasting 60 seconds for an hour so I’ve still got a while to go x
I’ve had a sweep today and have back ache and I’m hoping that my contractions start soon, in my head I thought it was just 3 contractions in a 10 minute window but I may be wrong x
