I use a mix of fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, carom seeds soaked overnight in water and boil it in the morning and consume that on an empty stomach. Has reduced the heartburn, acid reflux significantly
I take a daily famotidine pill and chew antacid chews and keep them on me at all times

@Danielle I read apples, and bananas were good, but I had one this morning and did nothing. I feel that im eating all the time. While I eat, I don't have it, but as soon as I stop eating, it comes back
So, it's half teaspoon each of fenugreek and carom seeds and 1 teaspoon of the others in 3 cups of water. You could do it in a batch but I do it on a daily basis to preserve the potency of the seeds
Milk in the evening and 1-2 cups of alkaline water before bed. Also peppermint tums if I need it. I know mine will get worse but that's keeping it at bay for now
Sounds weird but a spoonful of peanut butter works for me, No clue why 😆😆
@Sandra Carrano at this point I'll try anything. Just bought the alkaline water someone recommended and i'm gonna chug that now.
Im in the same boat! Especially now since I've hit 25 weeks its suddenly AWFUL. Im so sick of tums. Apples help some. But mostly eating smaller meals is the only thing that helps that I've found.
