I'm not sure if you're on xonvea but it really helped. Just know it's not forever and your toddler won't remember these tough months, I have a nearly 2 and 4 year old and on my third hg pregnancy but my now 4 year old doesn't remember the boring days, try look after yourself as much as possible and if it means a bit more TV or whatever it is to survive these days it'll all be fine. Sorry not much advice but one day it will get better and you'll be able to run about after your toddler again and make the best memories x
It’s a struggle. I have taken all the help offered from family and the days I don’t have any help we are watching a lot of films together. I feel so guilty that I can’t really play with her or take her to fun places. Remember it’s not forever 🩷
Hi, I don’t have another child but I’m almost 16 weeks and struggling with HG. I haven’t found anything that helps really, apart from if my partner brings me toast in the morning so that I eat it as soon as I wake up and move, it doesn’t stop the sickness though. It was explained to me at the hospital that most medication will work in synergy so I’m on 3 types spread out throughout the day. I can’t keep all food down but I can keep 75% down but without Xonvea I kept 0% down. I’m also taking omeprazole and it’s helped take the edge of the bile and stomach acid when being sick. I’ve found the charity pregnancy sickness support very helpful in helping you advocate for yourself so maybe speak to them and definitely go to your GP or EPU or even A&E, I really struggled to get help until my second trip to a&e and that’s when my GP took me more seriously for help.
