Do you still have a luteal and follicular phase when you’re breastfeeding but not menstruating?
I’m 10 months pp and still don’t have my period back. I got it back at 6 months pp with my first. I don’t really understand my cycle right now. All I know is that I’ve been looking real shiny and cute the last few days so I must be in my follicular phase if it’s still even happening 🤣

Technically you can if you're ovulating but I either didn't ovulate (which is common) or my symptoms were different (which makes sense)

Hmm if ur period hasn't returned it means you haven't ovulated. Ppl who get pregnant before the return of their periods would of started their periods that month otherwise. At least that's my understanding of it. I got my period back when my baby finally started eating all her solids well. So 14months.
