@Izzy i got her a jumperoo the other day but she’s so diddy so her legs are too short so don’t want to put her in it yet as i know their toes should be touching the floor, she also just sits leaning forward in it😩xx
Awh bless her, that’s so annoying only if you could adjust the height of the jumperoo I use to prop my girl up with a little blanket x
Avoid containers like jumpers and bouncers. If you're able to take her to see a cranial osteopath as there must be a reason she hates tummy time as you say. She may have some tension. Xx
@Alexandra i don’t think it’s anything like that, as she will do it just gets angry i think that she can’t move!!
Do you take her to classes? My LG gets bored quickly of things at home but she absolutely loves her classes and looking at others and is so tired at the end x
I’d say instead of just leaving her on the floor by herself get down with her and play with her , be on her level and look into her eyes hold her hands and sing to her , also take her to baby groups. My son hated tummy time at home but at baby groups he would more then happy be on his tummy for half an hour , he loves looking around so much to see and very stimulating
Baby groups for 0-6 months
@Charlotte i have done but she never really seemed interested, she’s more interested in me! and i have anxiety so i do struggle sometimes to get out and about but we have done a couple x
@Jasmine i do play with her.. as i said in my post she just is only happy playing for a certain amount of time until she gets bored, ive tried everything dancing singing reading books playing with toys doing exercises with her massages i feel like i do everything and shes still bored, maybe she’s just a lazy girl like her dad🤣
I feel the exact same. My little boy suffered with severe reflux for the first 18 weeks of his life, he hated being laid down and any form of tummy time. He also spent most of the time in his carrier or up on the sofa with me, I am also getting worried he isn’t rolling yet. I have just got him a jumperoo as he does still struggle with laying for long periods of time. He can’t quite touch the floor and was advised to put a pillow under his feet, this has helped. Don’t stress yourself out too much, babies will do things when they are ready x
Maybe get her a walker or door bouncer my lo loves to move about when I’m cooking or doing jobs round the house I pop her in either one. I got my door bouncer from Vinted xx
