Transition cups

I bought my little one a tommie tippee cup to drink water from but due to her strong gag reflex, it just made her almost choke and be really quite sick after using it :( I just wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations. She is 7 months old but still on size 2 Mam teats when bottle feeding (I’ve tried size 3 many times) she just seems to prefer the slower flow. She’s combination breast and bottle fed. x
