I’m 14weeks I’m feeling just the same! Going up stairs it’s a torture! It seems that I ran a marathon
Yep, it's pretty normal. It's a marathon for me to carry my 26-pound toddler up the stairs, lol. Just make sure your iron levels are okay since low levels can make it worse.
I second Cristal and your iron levels. If it gets worse then ask for them to be checked. Your body is having to make a crap ton of new red blood cells which requires a lot of iron. Also make sure you're staying hydrated with electrolytes. With increasing of red blood cells, your body also needs increased hydration to help move these cells to the baby. If your dizziness or shortness of breath is accompanied by swelling or passing out go to the ER!
Yes!! When I lay on my sides especially. It’s not like my airways are blocked but it’s like a weight making it hard to breathe. I’ve had it for the last few weeks and I’m currently 15+3

I have the same problem. I'm 13 weeks. I have to have a chair in kitchen when I'm cooking bc i get lightheaded standing for too long. This happened my first pregnancy and now my second. My obgyn was never concerned about it so I guess it's just a part of being pregnant?... 🤷🏼‍♀️
