Tilting crib for congestion
My little boy has been struggling with breathing through his nose the past couple of nights. Obviously he doesn’t understand that if he has his dummy in, he can’t breathe!
We have a Calpol plug in, but has anyone elevated their baby’s crib one end to help with congestion?

Saline nasal spray is also a lifesaver!
I’ve found that the baby vapour rub or the vapour rub plug in only at night has really helped my lb. He would wake every 2 hours before and now he’ll only wake at 2 am for a bottle and then 7am
I put a thin cushion under her & it helped. Also the saline nasal spray is 10/10 with some baby vapor rub on her back & chest.
Yes we put a small folded over towel under his mattress and it seemed to help
