I’m getting the same thing sometimes it feels like it needs cracking to stop the pain and it only happens in 1 leg so far x
Magnesium helps if you take it just before bed
I found a reel which helps - tie a sock around the top part of your foot, underneath the toes, tight enough that you start to get a crease the base of your foot. I get restless legs in the eve & this helps! I hope that makes sense.
A rounded pillow behind the back of the knees/thighs has helped me tremendously

I just change positions for a short period of time! Mine normally happens when I keep getting dead legs and hips x
