My knees are giving me absolute grief, 4 months PP - does anyone have any tips on making sure they don’t get worse, vitamin recommendations or similar?

Same here. My knees and ankles are killing me, like I’m too heavy on them or something. Going up the stairs really hurts! I’m taking vitamins and have even been for a full deep tissue massage but it’s made no difference.

Try and take some calcium tablets they are meant to help x

Soursop and anything with Tumeric helps me with joint issues.

Omg I’m having the same issue 7 months postpartum! Just recently moved to a house and going up and down the stairs have been killing my knees :(

Same here! I feel elderly.

Yoga / stretching. Work on strengthing them back up. At least for me, i think it's because of hormones and lack of exercise while pregnant.

I had my babies back to back and my wrists felt like this 😩 I take a multivitamin with iron and calcium regularly and the pain has gone away. When I skip for a few days, the pain comes back.

If you’re breastfeeding your body is losing calcium so at the very minimum take calcium for that. My knees were hurting me ever since second trimester from the hormone relaxin. I thought it’d get better after I gave birth but no it took 5-6 months for me to feel better. So your aches and pains might be from hormones and your body needs time to regulate the hormones to feel better.
