I don’t know if this sounds weird but I feel like bubbles/air comes out mine I’m 3 months pp 🤣🤣 is that normal
Basically it's swollen from being destroyed by a huge head haha I would recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio as they can give you exercises based off your personal issues instead of generic advice. Additionally they'll help massage out any scar tissue.
Yeah I remember looking down there and being like wtf is this how it looked before orrr? I’m 3 months PP and it’s slowly but surely (somewhat) returned to how it looked pre birth. Just have to be patient hehe x
I'd recommend booking Mommy MOT or a check with pelvic floor physio. I had one and they tell you sooooo much and give you proper exercises depending on what's happening down there.
I would go see your gyno and just check to make sure everything's okay.
First of all dont be embarrassed or ashamed! This is so normal and unfortunately just another joy of motherhood😅 I had a 2nd degree tear and it honestly took 9 weeks before walking/peeing/standing wasn’t painful anymore. I never had a prolapsed bladder, but I did have terrible incontinence. I was peeing myself everytime I coughed, sneezed, ran, or jumped. I was having accidents at work and whenever I would pick up my daughter. I started weekly pelvic floor physical therapy and that helped so much! I’m not a year and a half post partum and I only pee myself occasionally now😂
I had a prolapsed bladder and I was so humiliated and uncomfortable. I’m 7mo PP now and it’s completely gone. Just lots of kegals should help :) don’t strain when going to the toilet or lift things too heavy as that can make it worse!! EVERYTHING you are running into DOES go away!! Just give it time. I had these issues too and now at 7mo PP don’t have any of these problems x
