@Kate very true! I'll give it a go like you said x How's your experience with napper been? Also do u mind me asking does it cost? The pampers one is over £100 for the year and I've just started the week free trial. If it solves his sleep issues I'd gladly pay haha but interested to know if napper is any cheaper x
I absolutely love the app and it’s £40/year - less than half the price of pampers! I can input bottle & solid feeding times too which has helped me so much by not having to remember in my head like “oh shit when was the last time she had a bottle” My partner has the app too and it allows you to sync onto another device. So even if I’m out the house or he’s out the house, we’ll both know what time she was last fed or had a nap. I love it (god I sound like an Ad 😂) But I’ve had it since she was 3 months old and it’s really helped me navigate when to drop her naps down to 4, 3, and now we’re on 2 a day. Couldn’t recommend it more x
Oh this looks brilliant and a great price too! Especially the fact that partners can see it too that's a huge help otherwise I know my husband would've been constantly asking me haha. Thanks so much for the screenshot that's so helpful of you xx
If your baby’s sleep is bad throughout the night then perhaps try it for one night and if it doesn’t work out you can always go back to the 4hr wake window tomorrow ☺️ If you’ve got nothing to lose then give it a go? I use a similar app called Napper and usually their timings and wake window suggestions are spot on
