I am having the same issue, today I've noticed I'm getting pain in the middle in-between my legs when walking :( Ive asked the midwife for a physio appointmer about a week ago and have an appointment start of June xx

They say check the badger app and there are exercises on there apparently xx

Yes pain in between my legs when I walk too much, yoga every morning has been helping a lot tho, there are special videos on YouTube - yoga for pelvic pain and they are soooo good, they days when I do them I barely feel it, but otherwise could die from pain

I’ve been seeing a physio, if you have private healthcare through work would recommend this as apparently not many great specialist pregnancy physios on the NHS. But essentially her advice is to keep legs together as much as possible, for example getting in and out of the car and bed, take short strides when walking, no exercises like lunging squatting etc, you can also get a support bandage to help hold everything tight and she’s told me to work on my pelvic floor and to squeeze my abs 10 seconds x 10 3 times a day xx

A bump strap helped me a tad. Maybe try one of those. Not sure how they actually help, but it relieved some pain on my previous pregnancy

Get a referral into physio asap, in my area there’s a 8-11 week wait 😖

@Kayleigh yeah a emailed them yesterday t to ask if i can join the waiting list its the not sleeping much thats not great the most when still working
