Painful sneezing
Anyone else get a pain when they sneeze in there tummy ? Is that normal

Round ligament pain, very normal
I do get that aswel.
Good lord it like everything is going to rip open and it’s worse if I’m caught off guard with a sneeze and don’t brace myself. I’ve actually screamed from it before it’s such an awful pain. It’s very normal as it’s everything stretching but wow it’s harsh x
