I try to keep it simple just a small something to keep him going til lunch/ dinner. Mostly what you have listed but a few more I can think of - bread sticks, flapjack, yogurt, boiled eggs, apple slices, orange, melty sticks
Thank you. I gave her a cream cracker for 4pm snack yesterday …. Took her roughly 5 business days to eat it 🤣
@Flo how do you do Apple please? I’ve not given this. I’ve done Apple in things grated but I’ve not done Apple itself 🍏🍎
A few avocado strips or a bit mashed on half a bit for toast is my go to. We also do banana alot or i do greek yoghurt with some chopped strawberry or chopped tangerine which she likes too. We have wafers and melty sticks for on the go too and sometimes I give her some Cheerios to keep her busy whilst I'm tidying in the kitchen

Apple I just do thin slices sometimes I spread on peanut butter to change it up
He often takes forever over snacks too I normally use it as time to wash up or prep the next meal

I do minced lamb & carrot kebabs. Boil carrots, mash & mix with minced lamb. Shape into patties and bake in oven. Can add fresh herbs, spices if you want. They come out pretty firm so not super messy & I like that they’re nutritious!
