Getting close!!
Finally got checked at my 36 week appointment today (I'm 36+3). My ob said I'm roughly a fingertip dilated, but suuupppeeerrr soft! She said baby isn't settled into my pelvis yet but thinks once he moves down, it'll be go time! Could be anytime now for me!!
What tricks can I do to help baby move down more? I've already been bouncing on my ball, pelvic floor stretches, and squats against my ball. Ready to get this baby going!!
It’s recommended to do circles or figure 8’s on a ball over bouncing! Doing the rotations helps open your pelvis for baby to descend
