I’d call the midwife :) better safe than sorry, even if they check you over and it’s nothing. You’ll at least have peace of mind!
Call the midwife - better safe than sorry
Hey hun I’m a midwife and my professional advice would be to call triage/MAU to be seen and assessed. Although they aren’t regular but are painful it’s best to rule out preterm labour xx
Call the midwife or go straight to the delivery suite. Better to to be overly cautious. Also try to stay hydrated I had a similar experience a few weeks ago and went in to get checked everything was okay but I was a bit dehydrated and needed rest.
Particularly given the change in baby’s movements (plus cramps) I think you should call triage. Worth getting checked over just in case something is going on.
