I was super sick my first trimester. The only thing that helped is constantly nibbling on something. You want to keep something in your stomach at all times. In a pinch anything ginger, sour candy (sour patch kids was a life saver), sniffing mint gum (I know it sounds weird, but it helps) and staying away from acidic food and staying hydrated. Good luck, it's the worst, but it will pass, you got this!
