I put all the info in chat gpt and it gives a pretty good idea on what to do and seems to work every time for us :)
We’ve had this- I agree with @AmantaAmanta on ChatGPT. We’ve kept our nap schedule, but have moved bedtime earlier when she’s not slept as well the night before for her to catch up. This hasn’t made her wake early- it just lets her get the good sleep she needs.
