Yeah mine lasted forever, I had bald patches in some places. I’m almost 3 years post partum and still have so much hair coming out. What i tend to do is brush it 3 times a day. Brushing encourages hair growth, but also you don’t randomly lose it throughout the day as it comes off when you brush then
@Judy 3 years is a very long period for a pp hair loss. Have you checked your iron levels?
@Sisi yes, I’ve had all tests done and taking supplements for hair, nail and skin x
I’ve always had thick long hair and the hair loss started about 3 months pp it was horrendous I couldn’t even have my hair down and in the shower it was just awful, I ended up cutting it short, my eyebrows and body hair also went thin! it’s slowly starting to grow back now and stop falling out as much, 6 months pp, I used ‘naturaltech energizing serum’ it’s really expensive (I didn’t buy mine my mum gave me it) but I highly recommend, I’m also using castor oil as a mask before I was my hair. Hope this helps xx
I’m struggling so much with this! Every time I shower clumps come out 😫
Girl me tooooooo 😢😢😢
Biotin supplements and when brushing your hair brush the bottoms first up to the root it pulls less hair out I’ve also switched to a repairing shampoo too and I’ve noticed a lot less hair falling out
I’m 4.5 months pp and dealing with the hair loss since a month. I struggle with it as I always wanted a nice long hair ( don’t mind the bleached hair 😑). Even though I still have meltdowns every now and then because it’s now less than half to what I used to have, I’ve came to the conclusion that there is nothing you can do to stop it, what was meant to fall during pregnancy will fall eventually so it doesn’t depend on me but what depends on me is my new growth. I do my best to take care of it, use good shampoo and conditioner for hair growth, homemade rosemary water on the roots and coconut oil on the ends. Also castor oil and rosemary drops mask once a week. It grows faster than it used to. Sending you hugs on your hair loss journey, as for me it’s not the easiest one ☺️
