Yes we have too! She loves sitting on it, only done it while clothed so far but I think in a couple of months we're going to move to pull ups so she can sit whenever one of us goes to the loo! Definitely good to get her used to the sight of it so that when it comes to potty training she's not suddenly sitting on something she's never seen before :)
We've had one in the living room since 7mo ish I think. We pop her on every so often and she will often do a morning wee or pre-bed wee on there. Once we get more into actually potty training then it may go in the bathroom but it's on hand more at the moment as she has a few tells she's gonna poop which I try to catch.
I did this with my first born, we even had it in the living room. She’d often go sit on it and then when it was time to get changed or some air time from nappy we’d put her on and say “wee wee” just to familiarise her with it xx
Yep we have, normalisation and inquisitive is helpful early. I believe it helps it become less of a “thing” when it comes to being ready to use it. I just let them explore it, I did show my girls how to sit on it just a couple of times as fun, and since they always love to sit on it, but mostly throw it in the bath, or occasionally down the stairs. And today I tripped on it and bust my knee. So it’s basically good for a lot of things but actually it’s intend use at this stage 😄 But worth it!
