Also, Magnesium supplements can help with body aches and sleep!
You may benefit from doing squats when your legs hurt it's called "restless leg syndrome" & happened to me! My dad has the same issue/ had that issue he has to stay active & does squats before bed himself Try pedaling your legs, work out those pains As for stomach you may benefit from lotion on your stomach daily/ keep it lathered if it's hurting from growing baby Everyone else had great advice for BM etc. Bc it gets so hard to poop at the end lol 😆 are you on vitamin b12?/b10 I can't remember rn but one helped me sleep! You can try upping water intake, but level that by adding small juice for electrolytes/ flavor 😋 & don't quote me but I was allowed to take miralax end of my pregnancy with my daughter like 3 days a week only & helped me poop
How do your ankles look? Are they swollen?
It sounds like you might have restless leg syndrome. I had this really bad the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy and had my iron levels checked about 10 weeks before I gave birth and they were borderline. I had no idea redness legs can be related to iron deficiency. When I gave birth to my daughter the hospital realised I was severely anemic and I explained some of the symptoms I’d be having e.g. restless legs but also couldn’t sleep no matter how exhausted I was and they said these are tell tale signs. Ask if you can have your levels checked x
Ask ur obgyn for something to help with sleep. Hormonal insomnia is awful
Chiropractor saved my life during my last pregnancy, but between the pain and pregnancy insomnia I didn't get much sleep
I feel you! I’m 32+3 days today and barely slept a wink last night. I’ve been experiencing a lot of pelvic pain when standing and walking. Sometimes while moving around in bed, too. I took an epsom salt bath last night which usually helps a ton for body soreness! It didn’t seem to do much for my pelvic pain but I’m still laying in bed so I will have to see if maybe today it’s better… As far as I’ve learned, 3rd trimester insomnia is NOT unusual, whatsoever. I think it may be our way of preparing for our little one… light sleeping, especially. Plus, I have to pee soo many times a night! It’s a struggle, for sure, but hang in there. 💕👼🏼👩🏼🍼
