Back pains

Yes it just because of changing posture use pillows every to support

I have a little bit of back pain , but sometimes when I get out of the car I get tight cramps round the front of my belly , have you got a bump yet ? Is this your first baby ? Xx

Yes, same! I have been finding it got worse this week. I tried to find some stretching exercises on YouTube, and a friend gifted me a yoga ball she said helped her with exercises.

Ugh yes. When I brought it up to my OB she said that my acid reflux and back pain were the two most common symptoms around this time. Everything is spreading to make room and your center of gravity changes putting more constraint on your back

@Chantelle I found out the gender at a private scan as I couldn’t wait any longer heheh. It makes it now easier when buying things 💕

Yes, mostly when I get up to pee at night time, I always have to hold on to stuff to get myself in the toilet, started at 18weeks.
