Tips to help with morning sickness?

Thankfully haven’t been sick yet but I feel sick pretty much constantly.. I’m still only 7 weeks so it’s early to tell people. I work in a care home and it’s becoming difficult to hide. All throughout my last shift I was gagging and trying to stop myself vomiting. Any tips on how to help with the feeling? I think I would rather just be sick than feel this sick all the time. Smells are really strong as well.. even nice smells are making me nauseous. Please help

Try the motion sickness wristbands!

Fizzy lemonade may help , mints ,

Seltzer water saved me with #2nd this time around however I did end up needing Zofran because it was so bad I was throwing up 6am to 10am lol

@Lauren is seltzer water like sparkling water? Might give that a go! Thank you for your suggestions, I think I have some of those wrist bands somewhere when I went on a cruise. I’ll have a look for them! X

Speak to your GP. They can give you medication. I found lucozade sport really helpful and soft mints! I lived on them for weeks

Ginger biscuits saved me!

I believe so! You can do flavored, non flavor/ water taste but bubbly water. Idk why but I can drink plenty of that & not be sick VS regular water, I can drink much more water now lol
