Is there anything I can do to boost my energy level I feel so drained I am 11 weeks on Thursday on iron tablets I have 2 boys one who is hard work and autistic age 7 and a 2 year old thank for advice xx

Oh okay. I know this one. However, this Ferrous Sulfate is just an iron medicine nothing more. If you really need iron plus energy boosting supplements, try the Floradix cos I was always tired too untill I started using it and I feel much much better now.

Please may I ask which iron tablets are you on? Because most iron medicines are also energy boosting medications. Personally Floradix does the job for me. You can try it out. Or maybe speak with your GP to recommend a good energy boosting supplement for you.
