Does anyone know what this could be? My little one is 3 months and 10 days old, and to be honest, I don’t think it could be a tooth coming in at such a young age. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Both my sister in laws kids had a full set of teeth nearly at about 2/3 months old so you never know 😅
