@Lauren I am but in September 😔
For the summer term 1st April to 22 July with the 15 funded hours we paid - £354.75 Edit: just saw you said full time, I’m sorry my daughter does 3 full days a week. Sorry!!! X
@Liv Wow, I was impressed! lol, I thought it was so cheap! Hahaha xx
Ring round nursery’s and get a pricing for all of them, then you can see what’s within budget and go from there x
We pay about a grand a month for four days a week so I'd say £1200-300 for full time at our nursery including the hours.
I think you'll find it varies a lot! Depends on location, whether term-time only or all year, how old they are (the younger the more expensive due to supplies and ratios of staff). We pay £600 a month full time (all year) after 30 funded hrs and tax free. When it was 15 hours it was around £800.
Hahaha I’m so sorry 🤣🙈 sleep deprived over here! Xx
We pay £1600 a month with 15 free hours in London
London 2100 monthly but tax free childcare is -500 every 3m and about another -200 for free hours from 9m.
It will vary so much nursery to nursery, some charge consumables with funded hours (ours is £12) others won't, depends on their daily rate, how they split the funded hours as all nurseries do it differently. If your little one is starting nursery next month, I'd have thought you'd have had an invoice already as you pay a month in advance
I do four days a week.. and depending on how many weeks are in the month, it can be anything between £400 to £950 with the 15 hours and tax-free childcare. Before having the 15 hours.. I was paying anything between £600 to £1500.. huge massive difference. I can't wait for the 30 hours in September!! I'm also term time only, so I don't pay anything during the Christmas holidays, Easter or Summer
We pay about £1200 per month for 4 days. With 30 hrs. London.
It's going to vary massively depending on the setting and area. The hours you get are also term time only but if your nursery is open year round then they will likely spread the hours so you're paying the same amount each month (I.e. 12.5 hours per week for 50 weeks). Your best bet is to contact your local ones, have viewings and get prices.
We do 7 hrs a day 5 days a week and the funded hours are spread across the year and pay £750 ISH a month. That's including his lunch too which is separate at £3.50 a day

Have you looked into if you’ll be eligible for the 30 free hours when you go back to work?
