Who do I talk to?

So my work doesn't have HR and I've got mastitis because of a blocked milk duct that was ignored because I wasn't allowed to leave work. I told them from morning when it wasn't so bad and they said I need to hold up because they needed me. And then about an hour before we had to finish they sent me home cause I was sat there crying from the pain. Had I been able to get a GP appointment to figure out why I was in pain, I could have done something about it, but I had to ignore it

I think you could talk to a company called ACAS, they deal with employment law. Sorry this has happened to you!

Speak to a union

I think the charity pregnant then screwed have an advice line for work stuff x

Do you have an employee handbook? That should explain how to make a complaint at your particular work place. ( look for grievance policy or complaints procedure) Also in the first instance I would address this directly with your manager and explain what has happened and that in future you will need to attend to get medical care immediately. I would put this in writing via email if possible after first discussing in person.
